JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in real-world projects to work with clients from Europe, Asia, and Vietnam.
- Read and fully understand client requirements and project documentation.
- Develop test plans, write test cases, and create test designs.
- Perform manual testing.
- Encourage developers to stay on track with the functionality development plan and bug-fixing plan.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in IT or a related field.
- 3–6 months of experience participating in software testing projects with a solid understanding of basic testing concepts.
- Proficiency in testing skills (writing test cases, executing test cases, reporting bugs).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new workflows and a willingness to learn new things.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in learning and improving in the job.
- Strong soft skills: teamwork, providing constructive feedback to colleagues, leaders, etc.
- Good English communication skills.
